●  Measurements of strength of metal elements and concrete structures used in the rolling stock and the railway infrastructure with complex load and with uniaxial load, among others:

  • PN -EN 13674-1, PN-EN 14587-1 and PN-EN 14587-3 (fatigue strength of rails and welded rails),
  • PN-EN 13749, UIC Code 510-3,  UIC Code 515-4, UIC Code 615-4 (strength testing of the
    bogies frame structures),
  • PN-EN 13146 (testing methods for fastening systems),
  • PN-EN 15566 (testing of draw gears and screw couplings),

●  Microscopic and macroscopic tests of metal materials, among others:

  • PN-66/H-04505 (microstructure of steel metallurgical products),
  • PN-EN ISO 945 (microstructure of cast irons),
  • ISO 4967 (determination of content of non-metallic inclusions),
  • DIN 50 602 (microscopic examination of special steels using standard diagrams to assess the content of non-metallic inclusions),
  • PN-EN ISO 3887 (determination of the depth of decarburization),
  • PN-57/H-04501 (attempt of deep digestion),
  • PN-87/H-04514 and ISO 4968:1979 (Baumann method).

 

●  Flaw detection:

  • Ultrasonic according to:  PN-EN ISO 16810, PN-EN ISO 16811, ISO 5948,  PN-EN ISO 17640,
    PN-EN 13261+A1,  PN-EN 13262+A2,  PN-EN 14730+A1, PN-EN 14587-3,
