Targi InnoTrans

You are warmly welcome to visit the Railway Research Institute’s (Instytut Kolejnictwa) stand which will be situated this year in Hall A, CityCube 502 during the International Trade Fair for Transport Technology InnoTrans 2018 held in Berlin on 18-21.09.2018.

The Railway Research Institute has been participating in InnoTrans Fair in Berlin for years. Our presence in the Fair and the promotion of our services on the international arena is an important component of the Institute’s development, marking our strong position on the market and a unique opportunity to establish new contacts. It is also a possibility of market research and the assessment of our offer , prices and services on the background of other research units.

We are a research institute operating over 65 years in the railway sector and a Notified Body No. 1467 under the Directive 2008/57/EC on the interoperability of the rail system within the Community (unlimited period of validity of the notification). At the Fair we are presenting our comprehensive offer, paying special attention to the research capabilities of our test track in Żmigród and facilities necessary to carry out research and development work in the rail transport area. The Railway Research Institute’s offer arouses great interest of visitors. Thanks to our own stand we have a unique opportunity to hold numerous talks with entities interested in cooperation with our Institute. Our staff can hold meetings with our contractors and partners and also take part in many experts’ presentations, lectures, discussions and trade meetings.

The Management of the Institute are actively involved in the event. At our stand in Hall A, CityCube 502 meetings could be arranged by appointment with Director General of the Railway Research Institute Dr. Andrzej Żurkowski and his Deputies  - Dr. Andrzej Massel and Dr. Marek Pawlik.

The participation in the Fair brings many advantages in spite of large costs borne, as it is a big logistic and financial undertaking which consequently results in the increase in the number of participants, exhibitors and visitors at the next fair editions as well as the growth of established trade relations which convinces us that it is a good investment.
