Re-organisation of the Railway Institute

The Minister of Infrastructure Cezary Grabarczyk has come to the decision to re-organise the Railway Technical & Scientific Centre (CNTK) into the Railway Institute (IK). The Railway Institute will take over all CNTK's rights and legal obligations.

We would kindly like to inform you, that on the basis of the Ordinance of the Minister of Infrastructure of 12th April 2010 regarding the Railway Scientific and Technical Centre (Journal of Laws of 2010, No. 75, item 475), in force from 20th May 2010, the name of the Railway Scientific and Technical Centre has been changed. The new name of the company is:

The change mentioned above has no influence on the rules of co-operation between our companies, as the entity remains the same. The bank account number, the address, phone and fax numbers, REGON (National Official Business Register), NIP (VAT) and KRS (National Court Register) numbers have not changed.

At the same time we kindly request you to use the new changed name of our company in all financial and accountancy documents as well in all correspondence referred to us since receiving this message.

The following addresses have also changed:

  • e-mail addresses of our employees – the pattern is:

for instance: an e-mail address to Mr Jan Kowalski: jkowalski@ikolej.pl

We hope the above changes will not disturb our hitherto co-operation. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused by the Institute’s name change.
